Shipping
All orders are shipped from Dunmore, PA by either USPS or By Trucking Comapany (customer’s preference) Depending on the volume of each shipment. We only ship within the USA (excluding Virgin Island and Purto Rico)
All out going shipments must be shipped at full carton quantities. We will charge $5.00 each order as S&H Charges. Any orders that do not meet this criteria will be accessed as follow:
Payment Terms
All orders are shipped by pre-payment or As per Account Setup.
Returns And Warranties
Any shortages and/or defects must be reported within 24 hours from received date.
Absolutely No defective merchandise will be accepted after three months from purchase date.
Absolutely No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All shipments without a valid RA number will be refused and returned.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
